Bujar Rexhepi is a junior expert in the field of water management at the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC).He has a master’s degree in environmental policy & energy from the School of Public and Environmental affairs at Indiana University, USA, and a bachelor degree in economics and management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Kosovo.

Some of his past work experiences have been; working for the local government of city of Bloomington, USA where he gathered energy usage data and converted them into greenhouse gas equivalent units; working with UNDP Kosovo Environmental programme, where he worked on gathering energy efficiency data for the household level, developed a project proposal about environmental data in Kosovo, and created GIS maps about the types of natural resources that are protected in Kosovo. He has a broad knowledge in fields of environmental policy, economics, statistics, climate change & energy. He is also skilled in ArcGIS, STATA and SAS software.
