Working Session on the Progress of the WATERSUM Project

Monday, July 23rd, 2018, Mr. Abdallah Rabhi, Secretary of State in charge of Hydraulic Resources and Fisheries, attended a working session with representatives of the General Directorate of Dams, Office of Planning and Water Balances, General Directorate of Water Resources and The North Water Canal, Adductions and System Management Company. The session was devoted to the progress of the “Water Sum project - Sustainable Use of Transboundary Water Resources and Water Security Management", which is being implemented by the Regional Environmental Center.

The second phase of the project was also discussed, stressing the need to match its objectives with the most important national goals in water resources management.
